Terms of Service

Who we are

FILO Atelier ("FILO", "we", "us") designs and sells parametric digital models for 3D printing. You can reach us at support@filoatelier.online.

Payments and order fulfilment are handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Your transaction is with them; their terms also apply at checkout.

What you are buying

Each product is a digital configurator file plus exported STL files. You are buying a licence to use those files under our License Agreement — not the copyright in the underlying design.

Products are delivered digitally. Nothing physical is shipped.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the digital files, nor attempt to extract or repackage the generator code for redistribution. You may sell physical objects you print from the files (see the License Agreement).

You may not use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service.

Availability & changes

We may update, add, or remove products and site features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.

Disclaimers & liability

Products are provided "as is". 3D printing outcomes depend on your printer, material, and settings, which are outside our control. We make no warranty that a print will meet a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your country/region]. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer law grants you other rights.
